2. Prices and Tax. The price shown for the goods excludes postage and packing unless specifically stated. The charges for postage and packing are shown in the Checkout, once you have entered the country and method of delivery and before you are asked to confirm the order. Delivery to non-European countries may result in import duties payable on receipt of the goods. You will be liable for these duties. In accordance with English distance selling legislation, we will either enclose an invoice with the goods on your order if the delivery and invoice name and address are the same. Or if different we will mail an invoice under separate cover to the invoice address.

3. Cancellation and Returns. If you wish to return the goods, you have a right to cancel the contract within 7 working days, commencing from the day after you receive the goods. Returned goods must be in the original packaging and condition in which they were received. To help us with processing, please send an e-mail to TinkerTogs, or advise by regular mail when you return goods, with the following information.

1. TinkerTogs invoice number
2. Full name as appearing on your order and TinkerTogs’ invoice
3. Full billing address and contact e-mail and telephone number
4. Goods description, size and colour
5. Whether you require a refund or replacement goods.

Refunds or replacements will be handled within 30 days.

4. Faulty Goods and Returns.  If you wish to return goods because you believe they are faulty and require a credit or replacement, please return such goods in their original packaging (If possible). To help us with processing, please send an e-mail to TinkerTogs, or advise by regular mail when you return goods, with the following information.

1. TinkerTogs invoice number
2. Full name as appearing on your order and TinkerTogs’ invoice
3. Full billing address and contact e-mail and telephone number
4. Goods description, size and colour
5. Why you consider the goods to be faulty
6. Whether you require a refund or replacement goods.

TinkerTogs will endeavour to process refunds or replacements of faulty goods within 30 days of agreeing there is a fault.

Our sales office is open between 9.30am and 4.30pm Mon-Fri. Outside of these hours or if our lines are busy, you may leave a message and we will call you back. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and at that time will give you an estimate of how long we anticipate it will take to resolve. We undertake to keep you informed throughout the complaint process.

5. Colours. Please note, the colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to limitations of browser software and monitor.

7. Indemnity. You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this site. This indemnity is in regard to the computer and e-functions of this site, and not the products supplied by TinkerTogs.

8. Jurisdiction. The Contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties to the Contract submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.

9. Consumer Rights. None of the above Terms and Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
