Faulty Goods and Returns. If you wish to return goods because you believe they are faulty and require a credit or replacement, please return such goods in their original packaging (If possible). To help us with processing, please send an e-mail to TinkerTogs, or advise by regular mail when you return goods, with the following information.
TinkerTogs will endeavour to process refunds or replacements of faulty goods within 30 days of agreeing there is a fault. If you have a customer complaint please either contact us by e-mail at sales@tinkertogs.co.uk or telephone our sales team on 0870 8707 270 (calls are charged at the UK national rate). Our sales office is open between 9.30am and 4.30pm Mon-Fri. Outside of these hours or if our lines are busy, you may leave a message and we will call you back. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and at that time will give you an estimate of how long we anticipate it will take to resolve. We undertake to keep you informed throughout the complaint process.
